Santa Rosa Water
We have a close partnership with Santa Rosa Water. Since our first campaign in 2016, Take It From the TAP!, we’ve also worked on the Value of Water campaign which is focused on the Santa Rosa Water infrastructure, and campaigns to help educate on the most effective ways to get through recent droughts.
Our biggest challenge:
Ultimately people just want clean water to flow from their taps. However, most don’t realize the infrastructure that goes behind making that happen.
Even though our primary audience is pretty clear - individuals served by Santa Rosa Water - the approach for each campaign has been very unique and the individuals targeted to help incite change are different depending on the initiative. The channels used to build the brand are also highly dependent on each initiative.
